The shell is processed by advanced Mitsubishi laser cutting and CNC precision forming to ensure structural rigidity and dimensional accuracy for large-capacity equipment. ABB robot automatic welding and full laser detection guarantee a 99.99998% zero-leakage rate. Premium electrostatic spraying provides 50-year anti-corrosion performance. Fitted with ANSI-standard self-sealing pressure relief valve and standard NEMA hanger brackets, the fully sealed structure realizes maintenance-free operation and a 30+ year service life.

3. High-Grade Core & Winding Insulation System

The iron core adopts high-quality Baosteel and Wisco grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with low loss and low noise characteristics, specially optimized for high-power transformers. High-voltage windings use high-purity polyurethane enamelled round copper wires, while low-voltage windings adopt reinforced cable paper wrapped wires. Integral coil bonding design ensures excellent insulation stability and structural firmness, preventing deformation during long-term high-load operation and transportation.
